We’ve spent our careers managing multi-million-dollar federal programs, building Agile organizations from the ground up, and leading digital transformation efforts in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Along the way, we saw the gaps: inefficient systems, overcomplicated processes, and a lack of inclusive leadership in spaces that demand both innovation and accountability.
So we set out to build something different.
As two women with strong voices, proven track records, and complementary expertise—Anna in Agile leadership and program delivery, Remaz in procurement strategy and executive stakeholder management—we created Federal Focus Solutions to lead with both experience and intention.

As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Federal Focus Solutions, she leads corporate strategy, client delivery, and innovation initiatives. With over a decade of experience supporting mission-critical programs, Anna excels in managing cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and ensuring measurable outcomes. Her leadership is marked by precision, accountability, and a commitment to advancing operational excellence across the public sector.
Remaz Gaffar is an accomplished program management executive with over 15 years of experience leading complex federal initiatives. As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Federal Focus Solutions, she oversees business operations, financial strategy, and contract execution. Remaz has successfully managed multimillion-dollar IT investment programs and acquisition portfolios across multiple government agencies. Her strengths include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and process optimization. She brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement, helping federal clients drive performance, compliance, and mission success.
